Hi, my name is Samantha and this blog is to motivate me and others to lose weight in a healthy way and show simple methods of a proper diet, some work outs and tips.
I am mostly doing this for myself but I hope that these tips can come in handy for others as well.
I’m going to start on the workouts and diet tomorrow, it will be my first day. I’ll be recording everything on Tumblr and tag it as journal so I can look back on my progress.
